“Our students have responded incredibly well to this class and Ms. Schubert is a much-needed calming, compassionate and insightful teacher. Ms. Schubert’s yoga class incorporates mindfulness and meditation, and is an essential part of our school week, as girls have reported feeling calmer and more at peace as a result of this class. During one of our school’s evening events, one student from the class even demonstrated what she had been learning to parents, teachers and community members.”
